Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service failure or technical issues preventing access
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Request made within 7 days of purchase
  • No data has been exported or credits used

  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
  • Custom packages or enterprise solutions
